Presently, there are 134 faculty members at the school, including 117 full-time teaching staff and 17 administrative staff and advisers. Among which, 24 are full professors and 54 are associate professors. Some of the faculty members have achieved the national or local support under different programs: one is supported by Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University, one is the member of the Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, one is supported by the Program for Renowned Overseas Professors, three are supported by the Program for Young Talent in Shaanxi College and University Humanities and Social Sciences, two are part-time professors with Huashan Scholars, one is Distinguished professor with Huashan Scholars, six are supported by High Achiever Agent, two are in the first batch of Shaanxi University Outstanding Young Talents, and one is supported by Shaanxi Young Overseas High-Level Introduction Plan. There is one faculty who was funded by Shaanxi Special Support Program for High-Level Talents in 2017, one funded by the first Shaanxi Young Overseas HighLevel Introduction Plan in 2018, and one group admitted into Shaanxi Ministry of Education Innovation Team. In addition, the school has recruited some well-known domestic and overseas experts, scholars and business elites as distinguished professors. In total, there are more than 30 emeritus professors, part-time professors, and visiting professors.
