(Correspondent: Wang Fang, Hu Ke) Since the initiation of exploring and popularizing the PDS Management Service Mode byShaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technologyin October 2018, our SEM Professor Li Hua led his team tocooperatedwhole heartedlyand be rich in opening upin a down-to-earth way,preliminarilyformed the theoretical frame of PDS Management Service Mode at present after more than half a year of great efforts and finished relevant design tasks of 17 sub-platforms of Stage-1“7+1”platforms.
In order topracticallyguarantee the implementation effect of the PDS Management Service Mode, Professor Li Hua and his team invited relevant specialists and experts as well as the leaders of related divisions and offices in the Department of Science and Technology, and organized and convened the PDS Management Service Mode Seminar at the D602 Meeting Room in theScientific and TechnologicalResourcePlanningCenterofShaanxiProvince at 9:00am April 28, in which the working experience from the first stage was summarized and the work tasks of the second stage was arranged and deployed.
