This workshop was introduced into China in recent years, and was successfully held in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu and other cities.This activity launchedin Xi’an Software Park and in Xidian University on November 4represented the first workshopheldin Xi’an.
This workshopwas presided over by Cai Peng,Director of theIndustryService Center of Xi’an Software Park Demonstration Area.Sun Bingzhen,ViceDean of XDU-SEM, delivered a speech. This workshopalso attractedZhang Weili,Director ofInternationalProgramsXDU-SEM,Jia Junxiu, key researcher of the InstituteforGreen and Sustainable Developmentof XDU-SEM, MBA alumni and studentsfromXDU-SEM, and more than 40 high-level enterprise representatives from enterprisessettledin Xi’an Software Park.

After the brief introduction of the game, the participants carried out the immersiveboardgame in groupswith greatinterest, creating the warmatmosphere. After the game, each groupshared their conclusions. Theyexplained their understandingsonsustainable development of enterprises from the perspectives of social responsibility, employee training, product evaluation, environmental protection, etc., and shared more realistic viewsof how their industry works in the real world. Their wordsalso triggered the in-depth thinking of other guests.

He expressed that on theoccasionofthepreparatory period ofone-year countdown to the 90th anniversary of XidianUniversity and the 40th anniversary of the founding of theSchool of Economics and Management, Xidian University,theSchool of Economics and Managementwould grasp the opportunity of constructing“10,000 first-class undergraduatespecialties at national and provincial levelsrespectively”, establish a R&D platform, enhance discipline development, strive to constructtheSchool of Economics and Managementwith ICT characteristics of Xidian University, and make contributions to the construction of“first-class disciplines and first-class universities”of Xidian University. 33 works survived the final after propaganda, preliminary, final within Xidian University, online selection, final and other links since the launching ceremony of the11thCreative Industrial Engineering Improvement Competition of Shaanxi Provincewas held in Xidian University on August 29. The prize winning teams were selected by experts of the Competition Review Committee through scoring. 33 participating teams confidently displayedtheirown creative industrial engineering improvement works and fully demonstrated the style ofcontemporarycollege students.
Originating from actual situation of enterprises and social practice, those works closely focused on market demand and consumption upgrade, energy consumption, cost and delivery, intelligent manufacturing, green environmental protection, and blueenergy. Featuring creative ideas, innovativeprogram, broad perspectiveandrich contents, those works involved improvement in many fields such as industry, agriculture, transportation, tourism, food, environmental protection, communication and campus, improvement schemes involved service process improvement, product design, creativity conception and other aspects, and those works closely combined improvement awareness, techniques and tools with practical application in industrial engineering, which were recognized and praised by judges. Review experts proposed constructive suggestions for modifying scheme conception, scheme expansion and continuous improvement.
